Who says you have to go to Germany to enjoy the German culture? Between October 7 and 9, head on over to Curtis Hixon Park for German beer, food, and culture. Join in on the fun, sing, dance, and enjoy the cooler weather with a good lager or ale in your hand. Learn more.

Clearwater Jazz Holiday

For 37 years, Clearwater has celebrated music in a big way. This year is no exception. Join other music lovers at Coachman Park between October 13 and 16 for four days and nights of amazing jazz. This year’s line-up includes Kool and the Gang, Darryl Hall, Grace Potter, the Commodores, and more! Kids 12 and under get in free when you buy yourself a ticket. Learn more.

Tampa Greek Festival

Join Greeks and everyone else who wants to be Greek at St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church on Swann Avenue between November 11 and 13. No matter what your heritage is, for one weekend, you’ll be able to eat, dance, and be Greek! Volunteers are needed and attendees can win prizes. Learn more.

Ribfest

What’s better than the best BBQ ribs in the country? Great southern rock and country music to go with it. When you need a break from being Greek, slip away to Vinoy Park in St. Petersburg for Rockin’ Ribs - Helpin’ Kids Ribfest, a charity fundraiser for local youth groups. Go for the ribs but stay for the music, especially since music acts for this year include Huey Lewis and the News, The Doobie Brothers, Chris Young, and more. Learn more.

Dunedin Wines the Blues

Need something a little more low key? On Saturday, November 12, you can enjoy the blues and a glass or two of wine while strolling down Main Street in Dunedin. The event is bigger than in the past. You can enjoy music on one of four stages, and 100 wine and food vendors. Learn more

If you love the smell, taste, and feel of a premium hand-rolled cigar, you need to make plans for this year’s Cigar Festival in Ybor City. On November 19, make your way to Centennial Park in Tampa for a day of music, beer, wine, food, and of course, cigars.
