22nd Annual Celebrate Oldsmar

When: Friday, September 1 and Saturday, September 2; 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Where: R.E. Olds Park

Jurassic Quest

Where: Curtis Hixon Park

Gulfport Peace, Love, and Women Music Festival 2017

Where: Gulfport Casino

St. Jude Walk/Run to End Childhood Cancer

When: Saturday, September 23; 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Where: Amalie Arena, Tampa

At St. Jude’s, they have an important mission - make sure children with cancer get the help they need without their families worrying about how it will be paid for. St. Jude Walk/Run events are held throughout the country to raise funds. Children six and up and adults can register to participate and help end childhood cancer. Learn more.

Tailgate Taste Fest

It’s time for football season, and what better way to celebrate than a tailgate party? The Fourth Annual Tailgate Taste Fest features delicious treats from area restaurants. Crack Up Cancer

Where: Ferguson Hall at The Straz Center

The 11th annual comedy benefit uses humor and local comedic talent to raise money for local cancer patients and their families. All proceeds benefit Cure on Wheels. This year’s line up includes Al Romas, Danny Bevins, Kevin Rogers, Helen Keaney, John Consoli, and Mike McCarthy. Cancer isn’t funny, but for one night laughter might be the best medicine.
