New Agent Spotlight: Jesse Hoover
Like most real estate professionals, he has had a varied career since his days as a kid from a small town in Indiana. First, a love of baseball that allowed him to work in the sport until 2009. Next, he worked for an insurance agent before pursuing his real estate license in 2015. In 2016, he worked with a general contractor to learn the building and renovation side of real estate.
When you work with Jesse, you get the advantage of his insurance and real estate experience together. In a time when insurance rates are rising, home values are changing, and renovations have to make sense for your budget and neighborhood, he’s a good partner to have on your side.

What has been Jesse’s “aha” moment in real estate?
His clients' hopes and dreams for their home will be different every time.
“I learn as much as I can about my clients to find out what they want and need so I can best serve and guide them in the process of buying or selling a home. Doing this has brought a level of reward that I had not considered prior to beginning my real estate career. It's great when it "clicks" and you know you're on the same page with your clients.”
What do you need to know about working with Jesse?
He's a small town guy with a big heart and a willingness to help.
“I grew up in a small town in Indiana, and when you had a big life event, like a move, you were surrounded by family and friends to help make things easier. I want my clients to know I'll be there just like family and friends are. That’s why I'm implementing my moving assistance program for clients where I make my trailer and myself available to help them move, if they need it.”
“Educating clients to protect them financially and to make for a stress-free transaction is my primary goal, but getting in the trenches with them during a buy/sell process is what it's all about for me.”
Originally from Indiana, Jesse has lived in the Tampa Bay area for about twelve years now. When he’s not working with clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, working with his church and enjoying the outdoors fishing and hunting.
